Welcome to a beautiful beginning! A birth doula is an essential member of your birth team who provides personalized support throughout labor and delivery. Our doulas will help you have a positive, empowering birthing experience by providing physical, emotional, and informational support.

Birth Package A

• Initial Video or In Person 60 minutes meeting
• 8 Prenatal Visits
• Customized Birth Plan with aromatherapy
• On call 24/7, 4 weeks before due date
• Ongoing Labor Support (will arrive to hospital or birthing center when in active labor/labor sitting)
• 2 Hours of Postpartum Support in the hospital
• Breastfeeding Support
• 1 Inpatient Postpartum Visit (can be exchanged for add’l at-home postpartum visit)
• 2 At-Home Postpartum Visits (2 hours each time)
• Text/phone support starts as soon as contract is signed up to 6 weeks postpartum

Birth Package B

• Initial Video or In Person 60 minutes meeting
• 4 Prenatal Visits
• Customized Birth Plan
• On call 24/7, 3 weeks before due date
• Ongoing Labor Support (will arrive to hospital or birth center when in active labor/labor sitting)
• 1 Hours of Postpartum Support in the hospital
• Breastfeeding Support
• 1 Postpartum at Home visit
• Text/Phone support starts as soon the contract is signed, up to 2 weeks postpartum

Our stand-alone hours (3 hours minimum) are created to fit a family's financial budget and needs.  We are currently accepting Medicaid and Managed Care Plans as a form of payment and hope to provide additional insurance options in the near future.
