Lastly, gallium aparine is known for its lymphatic support, helping to improve lymphatic flow and drainage. 

Cleavers should be avoided by individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as there is limited research on its safety in these populations. Additionally, individuals with a history of kidney or liver disease should exercise caution when using cleavers, as it may exacerbate these conditions. Poke root (Phytolacca americana)

It is also important to note that ginger may interact with certain medications, such as blood pressure medications, diabetes medications, and anticoagulants, potentially altering their effectiveness.

Olive oil

Directions: use the oil to gently massage the breasts once a day for 5 days, 4 times a year.  Alternatively, you can use once a week for 12 weeks and then take 12 weeks off.
