Postpartum Doula Services

A Postpartum Doula provides emotional, physical, and practical support for families experiencing a new life stage.

My postpartum services are intentionally designed to prioritize the mother's healing-physically, emotionally and energetically-after birth.  I offer holistic, heart-centered support for mothers as they transition through the postpartum period, with particular care for those who have experienced traumatic or challenging births.

My work focuses on restorative practices such as guided mediation, reiki, crystal healing, herbal baths, and aromatherapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deep rest.  These offerings create space for mothers to reconnect with themselves, feel held and begin healing at their own pace.

While I do not provide household cleaning or laundry services, I can offer gentle support with healthy meal planning to help nourish the whole family during this tender time. My role is to care for you - so you can recover, integrate your birth experience, and feel supported as you step into postpartum life.

Our stand-alone hours are created to fit a family's financial budget and needs.  We are currently accepting Medicaid and MCO's as a form of payment and hope to provide additional insurance options in the near future.  You can also use your FSA to pay for postpartum services.
