It is not uncommon for women to experience difficulties with sleep during perimenopause and menopause. Hormonal changes during this time can lead to hot flashes, night sweats, and overall discomfort that can disrupt sleep patterns. Some women consider holistic therapy over hormone replacement therapy to manage their symptoms. By focusing on natural remedies, such as dietary changes, exercise, and stress reduction techniques, women can often find relief from menopausal symptoms without the potential risks associated with hormone therapy. It's essential to consider all options and work with a provider to determine the best course of action for each individual's unique needs and preferences. Ultimately, the holistic route offers a natural and potentially safer alternative for women seeking relief from peri and menopausal symptoms.

Our specially formulated tincture was created to provide relief and support during this transitional time.
